Overview
To explore the nature of southern India, we have organized a splendid south India tour of 2 states, namely Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Exploring these states, we get an excellent opportunity to soak in the rich culture and magnificent landscapes. Though Kerala sees much more tourists than Tamily Nadu, this is state presents a tourist spot as we move from the coastal plains to the extraordinary Western Ghats hills. This state forms the border with Kerala. Our trip takes us to explore the impressive South India sites, including Pondicherry’s former French colony and Madurai’s breathtaking Sri Meenakshi Temple. Enjoy cycling through the tea estates and highlands of Western Ghats. Thereafter, we will arrive at Kerala beaches, where you will enjoy relaxing on a houseboat cruise.

Day 1 : Arrival In CochinWhen you arrive at Cochin airport, our representative will greet you and help you get checked-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, get ready to explore Cochin attractions, including Jewish Synagogue, Fort Cochin and Dutch Palace etc. Overnight stay.
- Day 2 : Cochin - Kumarakom & houseboat stay (60KM)
After having breakfast, we will move towards Kumarakom by road, enjoy staying in the houseboat, and cruising through paddy fields, narrow canals, R block and C block Cayal, Pathiramanal Island, coconut lagoons etc.
- Day 3 : Kumarakom - Munnar (160KM)
After having a delectable breakfast, we will drive towards Munnar and check-in at the resort. Relax and walk around. Stay overnight.
- Day 4 : Munnar - Sightseeing
After breakfast, your 4th day will start exploring Munnar by visiting the Echo point, Mattupetty Dam, Tea Plantations and Eravikulam National Park etc. Overnight stay.
- Day 5 : Munnnar to Thekkady (110KM)
After having breakfast, we will move towards Periyar and check into the resort. In the evening, enjoy the boat ride in Periyar Lake. Thereafter, explore spice plantations and wildlife sanctuary. After all this, you will move ahead to visit coffee and cardamom plantations. Overnight stay.
- Day 6 : Thekkady to Madurai (150KM)
After having a lip-smacking breakfast, move to Madurai and check into the resort. After that, enjoy Madurai sightseeing by visiting the Gandhi museum, Temple of Meenakshi and TirumalaiNayak Palace etc. Overnight stay.
- Day 7 : Thekkady - Trichy (60KM)
After having breakfast, move towards Trichy and check into the hotel in the afternoon. Explore the local sites of Trichy, including the Temple of Rock Fort and Sri Ranganathaswami Temple. Overnight stay.
- Day 8 : Trichy to Tanjore (170KM)
After having breakfast, move ahead to Tanjore and check-in at the resort in the afternoon. Relax and enjoy the local surroundings. Overnight stay.
- Day 9 : Tanjore sightseeing
After having breakfast, get ready for the Tanjore sightseeing tour that includes the Palace art gallery, Temple of Brihadeeswara and Library of Saraswati Mahal etc. Stay overnight.
- Day 10 : Tanjore to Pondicherry (250KM)
Post breakfast, move to Pondy by car, and check into the resort. Enjoy being at the beach. Stay overnight.
- Day 11 : Pondicherry sightseeing
After having breakfast, enjoy the Pondicherry sightseeing tour by exploring the Promenade, the Botanical Gardens, Govt. Park, Art Galleries, ManakulaVinayagar Temple and Museums. Stay overnight.
- Day 12 : Pondicherry to Chennai
Post breakfast, move to Chennai by road. Check-in at the hotel and relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a Chennai sightseeing tour by exploring Marina Beach, Gandhi Museum, Fort St. George, etc. Overnight stay.
- Day 13 : Chennai Departure
Now, it is time to move to Chennai airport to board the flight for the home destination.
